The poll (suggested by srdeverill) asked ‘Is the result against Weymouth just a blip or an indication of the season ahead?’
The results were:
49% – A blip
38% – It has shown the weeknesses of the current squad
13% – An indication of the season ahead
Almost half the voters decided that the pre-season wasn’t an accurate refelction of the season ahead. Other voters thought it highlighted the weaknesses in our squad.
Fans appear to have high expectations of the Bond era and the result against Nottingham Forest last week will have fans anticipating a good season ahead.
