AFC Bournemouth reportedly have received offers from two Championship clubs for striker Kieffer Moore.

The 31-year-old is struggling for regular first-team football at Dean Court this season and could well want more playing time ahead of the summer, where he will hold ambitions to play for Wales at the UEFA European Championships.

However, the Cherries are limited for options up front, with top goalscorer Dominic Solanke, the only true option to play as a striker. Antoine Semenyo could be in contention for the role, however, he is currently away on international duty with Ghana at the Africa Cup of Nations.

So Moore still holds a crucial place in the squad at present, despite his lack of minutes.

Kieffer Moore, a prominent footballer known for his prowess on the field, recently revealed a lesser-known aspect of his life off the pitch. Beyond the world of soccer, Moore finds solace and even inspiration in the realm of online casinos. In a candid admission, Moore shared that in his spare time, he delves into the captivating world of online gambling games. For him, it’s not merely a pastime; it’s a source of relaxation and, surprisingly, motivation. Exploring the vast array of online casinos, Moore immerses himself in the adrenaline-pumping atmosphere of virtual slot machines such as at https://gypsophilia.org/fantastic-four/, card games, and roulette wheels. The allure of these digital platforms lies not only in the thrill of chance but also in the strategic thinking required to navigate the diverse array of games on offer.

Despite the competitive nature of his professional career, Moore approaches online gambling with a different mindset. Here, the stakes are personal, and the outcomes are measured not in goals scored but in the highs and lows of each wager placed. Yet, it’s precisely this element of unpredictability that keeps him coming back for more.

The Athletic have reported that the Cherries have “received loan offers from Sunderland and Ipswich Town” adding…

“The offers from the two Championship clubs have included contributing a percentage of his salary, but the terms of the proposed deals have not yet proved satisfactory.

During the summer Kieffer Moore was reportedly close to a move to Millwall, whilst Leeds United and Norwich City have also said to have been keeping tabs on the forward.

Football League World have suggested that Moore’s preferred choice would be a return to Cardiff City.

Almost two years ago, AFC Bournemouth bought Keiffer Moore from Cardiff City for a fee worth up to £ 5 million.

He had impressed during his spell in the Championship with the Welsh club scoring 25 goals in 63 second-tier appearances. He was bought with promotion in mind and he well and truly delivered.

In the Premier League, under three managers, Moore has struggled for regular game time.

During the first season back in the top flight of English football under former head coaches Scott Parker and Gary O’Neil, Moore made 12 starts and made 28 appearances in total (1,278 minutes), scoring 4 times.

Under Andoni Iraola however, Moore’s appearances have all come from the bench. Playing a combined total of 97 minutes across 7 appearances, scoring once.

His exit from the south coast looks probable, but this may well depend on if AFC Bournemouth are in a position to bring in a suitable replacement for the remainder of the season.

The idea is we’d bring in someone else on loan with a view to deal in summer. Offload Moore then (if not now). Or whatever it takes to balance ffp books.

The problem with Moore is that extremely static in comparison to Dominic Solanke, or most top-level strikers tbh.

He also doesn’t have age on his side. Andoni Iraola didn’t sign him, and clearly wanted a more mobile striker in the summer… see Daka.

He’s here by default in my opinion, rather than a part of AIs long-term plans… could be wrong and perhaps Moore has convinced AI differently since the summer.

Perhaps if Dom picked up a knock Moore would excel… but I’m not convinced to be honest.

Not a case of if ain’t broken, rather that there are a lot of question marks over whether Moore is a genuine Premier League level striker, and could step up if Dom was injured for long periods. We’re not safe but looking good, but if we were right in it, and we suddenly lost a prolific Dom, I’d be extremely nervous about our chances.

He hasn’t proven he’s the fix to anything being broken. You have to keep moving forward and improving. Not holding onto aging strikers hoping your main man doesn’t get injured when better, more suitable players for your manager’s preferred style become available.

As we’re looking good, I do agree, that unless the right player, at an acceptable price, is available in January, we should bide out time until the summer.

Plan for the worse (and future), and hope for the best. Rather than hoping for the best/main striker doesn’t get injured and keeping an aging, largely unproven, static striker as 2nd choice with fingers crossed. – To join the conversation, click here.
