Sky Sports will once again be the exclusive home of the EFL Championship for the upcoming 2021/22 season.

AFC Bournemouth’s trip to Craven Cottage to face early promotion hopefuls Fulham has been moved for television coverage. Instead of being played on Saturday 4th December, kick-off will now be 7.45pm on Friday 3rd December with the game live on Sky Sports Football.

This game has been added to the upcoming games that are also being shown on Sky Sports, starting with Saturday’s trip to Reading which is also being shown on Sky Sports Football with an 8 pm kick-off and the Cherries trip to Derby County, which is now being played on Sunday 21st November at 12pm is being shown on the same channel.

AFC Bournemouth’s home game against Preston North End on Wednesday 3rd November (7.45pm kick-off) and the trip to Millwall on 24th November at 7.45pm are being shown on the Sky Sports red button and app.

Coverage on Sky Sports Football’s red button service usually includes one static camera with one commentator. There are normally no replays of the action or multiple camera angles as these are available via EFL Clubs streaming services.

AFC Bournemouth have made a few appearances on Sky Sports already this season, starting with the opening game of the season against West Bromwich Albion at Dean Court and then again for the visit of Queens Park Rangers to the south coast. The Cherries recent trip to Stoke City was also given the full Sky Sports coverage, whilst the Cherries trip to Peterborough United was shown via the Sky Sports Football red button service.

This season’s FA Cup will be exclusive to both the BBC and ITV, meaning all games will be free-to-air on terrestrial television.

Just saw that the Fulham game has been brought forward to Friday evening, 3rd December. No big surprise there.

Wonder what our allocation will be? Would be fantastic to get a huge turnout there. – Join the conversation, click here.
