In latest chapter of the afcb ownership saga Paul Baker has told the Daily Echo that he has one bid in the table and is awaiting another.
Following the Murray/Mostyn group`s bid being withdrawn it is unclear as of yet who the current bidder is or the prospective third interested party.
Baker is looking for rapid resolution and told the Bournemouth paper “We want to make a decision in the earliest time frame”
Meanwhile the clock ticks towards pay day for the players with the prospect of a 14 day notice rule being engaged if the wages are not satisfied this Friday.
