Last game of our second season in the Premier League, it has been fruitful for the Cherries with the highest finish our club has ever achieved and possibly in the top ten clubs in the English football league this season. Our club visit the King Power Stadium Leicester the home of last season`s Champions Leicester City (The Foxes). The result after Leicester`s home defeat against Spurs, means a draw or win for AFC Bournemouth (AFCB), will make sure we finish in 10th spot or higher.

Claudio Ranieri in his first season as Leicester City manager won the Premier League title. In the January transfer window he brought in midfielder Wilfred Ndidi for £15 million from Genk in the hope he could help replace the gap left after N`Golo Kante left to join Chelsea. Going out the door was Jeffrey Schlupp who joined Crystal Palace for £12.5 million.

After a poor start to the first half of the 2016-17 season, Claudio Ranieri was sacked in February and he was replaced by assistant manager Craig Shakespeare. He had an impressive start with his team winning five Premier League games in a row, he is the first British manager to achieve this. Previous to him becoming their manager, Leicester had lost five Premier League games in a row.
This year at home Leicester have won 5, drawn 0 and lost 1. Away from home they have won 1, Drawn 2 and lost 6. This season at home the Foxes have won 10, drawn 3 and lost 5. Away they have won 2, drawn 4 and lost 13. In the PL Shakespeare has seen his side P 12, W 7, D 1, L 4.
On Thursday night Leicester C were thrashed at home 1-6 by Spurs, with Harry Kane scoring 4.

Leicester City Team News:
