Bond on todays game

AFC Bournemouth manager Kevin Bond has spoken ahead of this afternoons game with Huddersfield.

The first home game of the season kicks off at 3pm. The Cherries have so far picked up an impressive point away to Nottingham Forest and have been knocked out of the League Cup by Championship side West Brom.

‘I expect it to be a really difficult game…’

‘…But we’re at home and we need to be positive and try to take the game to them. You always want to try and make yourselves difficult to beat and that’s a sign of any good side. We’ve looked reasonably good defensively and that quite often stems from the front.’
