AFC Bournemouth assistant manager Jason Tindall believes the Cherries squad will stay focussed as the Cherries close in on automatic promotion from League Two.

AFC Bournemouth host relegated Darlington on Saturday, with four games remaining, the Cherries remain six points clear of Rotherham in fourth place.

Following Tuesday nights matches, Bury are now seven points behind in fifth, Chesterfield eight points behind in sixth and Aldershot are nine points behind in seventh.

Tindall told the Daily Echo

“Football changes very quickly. Any team is capable of going on an unbeaten run to win three or four games.

“We`ve got to make sure that we stay focused and we don`t slip up to give anyone an opportunity to get where we are.

“They are breathing down our necks, but if we focus and concentrate on our job and win the games we play in, that`s all we can do and we`ll be okay.”
