The Cherries initially fell behind when former Manchester City attacker Nolito set up Ben Yedder after 25 minutes.
That lead was taken into the half-time interval where AFC Bournemouth, as expected made sweeping changes.

The Cherries were level after 70minutes when Jordon Ibe scored after an assist from Lys Mousset.
Mousset does well to release Ibe down the right, he surges forward before finishing well under the goalkeeper!#BOUSEV π 1-1 βͺ (70)

The game ended 1-1, which considering the level of the opposition and that they are further along in their pre-season preparations is a good result for AFC Bournemouth.

Your say…

Reasons to be cheerful
Brooks looks a real prospect
Josh looks bigger, stronger and quicker
Simpson looks like heβs been playing first team back three for ages
Ake still looks brilliant in the tackle and in the air
Hyndman showed some nice touches
Iβve done reasons to be cheerful, now reasons for concern (albeit early in pre-season)
Arter – ineffective, gobby, a walking booking
Gosling (or Daz Gonling as he was announced) – didnβt impress
Pugh – looked slow and out of the game
Callum – seemed slightly off the pace
But, to finish on a high….
Ibe – great finish and lively throughout
Mousset – he was superb tonight
Surman – could do a job at CB, very organised, although lacks a bit of height
Franno – very good defensively and pushing up to midfield
And again:
Mings – what a player he will be if he stays fit, he was awesome. I was sitting next to two Rangers supporters and they couldnβt believe how good he was – Join the conversation, click here.
