Oliver Langford from the West Midlands is Tuesday night’s ref for our rearranged clash away at Leeds.

Langford last controlled us for the televised match away at Watford, where he showed yellows to 5 of our team, Cook, Elphick, Surman, Arter and Wilson out of a total of 7 players being booked. Comments on this site were numerous and far from complimentary! Last season he was the ref who sent Paul Ince to the stand in our home defeat against Blackpool.

Other recent matches involving ourselves and Langford were the 2-2 draw at home to Brentford and our 1-0 Friday night victory away at Colchester in the 2012/13 season.

So far this season he has officiated in 19 matches (6 Championship) showing a total of 35 yellows and 2 reds. He also been in middle involving Leeds this season when appointed for their opener away at Millwall, which ended cardless!
