Following the excellent news early in the week that Structadene has been able agree the assignment of the lease to AFC Bournemouth, The Cherries have already announced warm up fixtures to the 2009/10 campaign.
Starting with four local away fixtures –
Monday 6th July 2009 – Poole Town (K.O 7pm)
Tuesday 7th July – Hamworthy Rec (K.O 6.30pm)
Wednesday 8th July – Ringwood Town (K.O 6.30pm)
Tuesday 14th July – Salisbury City (K.O 7pm)
The team then host higher league opposition –
Tuesday 28th July – Swindon Town (K.O 7.45)
Saturday 1st August – Charlton Athletic (K.O 3.00pm)
The Daily Echo today have also speculated that more fixtures could be added, citing the possibility of two hot dates against high-flying Premier clubs and another against a prominent south coast club.
