With some playing 36 Premier League games in the 2016/17 season, this year’s Golden Glove battle could still take a twist or turn.

In contention for this year’s Golden Glove are Thibaut Courtois, Hugo Lloris, David de Gea and Fraser Forster.

Even allowing for various games in hand, Petr Cech and Tom Heaton and those on fewer than ten clean sheets for the campaign are now out of the race.

Clearly sitting on 15 clean sheets for the campaign so far is Chelsea’s Thibaut Courtios and Tottenham Hotspur’s Hugo Lloris and you would imagine it will mainly be between those two, but sitting one behind on 13 is Manchester United’s David de Gea with Southampton’s Fraser Forster on 13 and they remain mathematically in the hunt – at least for now.
