AFC Bournemouth defender Jason Pearce has replaced Danny Hollands as captain of the Cherries according to the Daily Echo.
The new-look structure according to the paper, also includes AFC Bournemouth legend Steve Fletcher becoming club captain.
Danny Hollands was initially named as Cherries captain following Shaun Cooper’s operation in the summer.
However, Pearce soon replaced him as captain following Hollands then missing the start of the season through injury. When Hollands returned to action in September he then took the armband back from Pearce.
But now Pearce has retaken the arm band back from Hollands, following a slump in the Cherries recent form.
