After playing the potential Premier League Champions and League Leaders Chelsea at Dean Court last Saturday, we are away again against another London side Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) who are in second place.

AFC Bournemouth (AFCB) will be one of the last PL teams to play at White Hart Lane before they plan to play their games next season at Wembley Stadium before moving into a brand new 61,000 stadium which is planned for the 2018-19 season. The new ground is next to their old stadium, but it will not be called White Hart Lane.

The Spurs manager is Mauricio Pochettino who joined them from Southampton in May 2014. He is in his third season in charge and has improved Spurs finishing place in each season in charge. In his first season as manager which was the 2014-15 season, Spurs finished in 5th place one better than the previous season, the 2015-16 season they finished 3rd and so far this season they are in 2nd place, 5 points above Liverpool with a game in hand and 7 points behind Chelsea. The Cherries are in 15th place on 35 points, 33 behind Spurs who have played one game less.

Spurs have the best home record in the Premier League, they are the only side undefeated at home having won 14 and drawn 2, they have only conceded 8 goals (only team on single figures home and away). They have won their last 6 PL games, at home they have won their last 11 league games, last defeat at WHL was last season against Saints on Sunday 8th May 2016. Away from home this season Spurs have won 6, drawn 6 and lost 3.

Tottenham Hotspur Team News:

Victor Wanyama could be back for Spurs after going off with a back injury at Burnley.

Player to watch: Harry Kane

Harry Kane came back from injury last Saturday against Watford at WHL and was on the bench. When he came on as a sub in the 61st minute he looked sharp. He was a whisker away from getting his head on the ball which could have been another goal to add to his 19 goal tally this season. His free-kick with virtually the last kick of the game hit the crossbar. Kane will be the one to watch for Francis and Cook. Two other players in form for Spurs are Deli Alli and Son Heung-min who was very unlucky not to get a hat-trick.

AFC Bournemouth Team News:

Junior Stanislas should be in the squad for Saturday, but Dan Gosling suffered a setback in training this week and might not be available. Andrew Surman will still be missing. The good news is Tyrone Mings has served his suspension and will be available again.

Player to watch: Joshua King

Josh King, we need him to continue his recent goal scoring form.
