The Community Mutual will be holding a meeting on October 28 to discuss the controversial plans to sell the stadium.
The fans’ trust will ballot members on the proposals and details will be announced shortly for those wishing to vote but are unable to attend.
The Mutual holds a 51% Golden Share in the club and the ballot will officially decide how they trust votes on the plans.
The club have called for an EGM to discuss the plans and vote on the matter aswell, this is set to take place on November 11 and shareholders should receive information by post shortly.
