The Premier League have now announced the Match Day officials that will take charge of the game against Chelsea on Boxing Day.

Bournemouth travel to Chelsea on Monday December 26 for the game at Stamford Bridge and the match carries a 3pm kick off.

Fourth Official: G Scott

Match Day referee Jones has officiated 12 games in 2016/17, with a return of 44 yellow cards and two red cards.

This season his highest card count was seven yellows and one red in the Accrington v Morecambe game. He also showed eight yellows in the game between Arsenal and Bournemouth in November.

He took in 40 matches in 2015-16 and in those games, across all competitions and football divisions, he handed out a total of 131 yellow cards and three red cards.

He was most card happy in the match between Crystal Palace and Bournemouth on February 2 with a total of seven yellow cards shown. Seven were also shown between Crystal Palace and Bournemouth on February 2.

Let`s hope it`s not another repeat and more of our players edge closer to automatic bans.
