AFC Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser has singled out Junior Stanislas for praise following his form this season.
The 28 year old has scored 3 goals and claimed 2 assists thus far this season, having featured in 14 games (12 starts), totalling 905 minutes.
When added to the 7 goals and 5 assists last season and the 3 goals and 2 assists in AFC Bournemouth’s first Premier League season, it’s hard to argue that Stanislas has become the Cherries most influential attacker since winning promotion from the Championship.
Whilst Joshua King is the Cherries leading Premier League goal scorer and Callum Wilson is arguably the squads best striker, Scottish international Ryan Fraser believes that Stanislas is AFC Bournemouth’s stand out attacker.
Fraser told the Daily Echo…
“When you make a run with Junior, you know you are going to get the ball. With some players at other clubs you maybe don`t get that.
“He has everything and I think the gaffer thinks that as well. When he is fit I think he is the first name on the team sheet and he would be the first name on my team sheet.
“He is already at the top playing in the Premier League with a very good team. Whatever he wants to do I reckon he could do it, he`s that good.
“I will go all the way in saying I think he is our best attacker.”
I’ll never get tired of saying how good Stanislas is. He’s our most creative player, biggest goal threat from midfield, set piece wizard. Just needs to stay fit! – Join the conversation here.
