Emmanuel Middle School represented AFC Bournemouth in the southern final of the League One Community Cup at Brentford FC, after beating St Walburga’s School in the Grand Final which was played at Dean Court, the competition originally started with 32 schools competing.
Emmanuel were great ambassadors for AFC Bournemouth, Football in the Community officer Steve Cuss told afcb.co.uk ‘With 32 schools taking part it was the largest competition ever organised by AFC Bournemouth, it was a great Final last Saturday and Emmanuel were great representatives of the club in the Southern Final at Brentford’.
He added ‘I would like to thank all the schools who took part, I hope they enjoyed the competition and I am looking forward to organising future tournaments’.
