AFC Bournemouth fan favourite Warren Cummings is the final member of Eddie Howe’s squad to agree a new deal at Dean Court.
The left back has agreed a new 1 year deal with the Cherries.
Cummings told the Daily Echo…
‘…I`ve taken a sizeable pay cut to stay and that was even with having offers on the table to go elsewhere and make more money.
“I think we can do something here and I want to be part of it.
“There were opportunities to go elsewhere but I decided that I`ve still got an ambition to do well at Bournemouth…’
The news follows Warren Cummings’ Dad, Tom who also acts as his agent, posting on the UpTheCherries forum on Tuesday.

‘…As a parent and his agent none of you know the truth of situations involving Warren and certain aspects that went on under previous owners and if Warren does ever leave the club then and only then will you all know the truth and believe me you would be shocked.’
‘He is busy getting fit for the new season ahead and should he agree a new contract, which will be his decison and not down to me,then hopefully many of you ‘know alls’ will get off his back and try supporting him as i can assure you he loves the club and many of you making up stories should be ashamed of yourself…’
