AFC Bournemouth defender Steve Cook has piled all the pressure on the Cherries ahead of their trip to Swansea City.

The Cherries travel to Wales on the back of two defeats to Southampton and Chelsea.

AFC Bournemouth have dropped from 8th in the Premier League table following the victory over Leicester City, to 13th and are now 7 points clear of the relegation zone.

Swansea City are one of the three clubs in the relegation zone and they head into the game with two wins from their last three home games.

Their recently improved home form has been the only thing that has kept them from being cut adrift at the foot of the Premier League table.

Cook told afcb.co.uk

‘It’s pivotal, it’s a huge game for us. It can define our season and I’d go as far as to say it’s a must-win game for us. These are the games we’ve faltered on in previous games and we need to get that right.

‘We need to go there and be positive; take the game to them and keep them in the bottom three, pushing ourselves back up.’
