AFC Bournemouth are reportedly keen on Portsmouth striker Conor Chaplin, scouting the striker ahead of the January transfer window.
The 19 year old is a product of Portsmouth’s youth system and so far this season he has impressed many in League Two, scoring five times and taking two assists.
He was rewarded in October with a new contract until the summer of 2019.
According to a report in The Sun ‘Cherries boss Eddie Howe has sent scouts along the South Coast to watch him’.
They also claim that Championship sides Ipswich, Fulham and QPR have also taken a watching brief over the young striker.
