AFC Bournemouth have released their new home shirt for the 2017/18 Premier League campaign.

In April, AFC Bournemouth announced that Umbro were set to become their new technical kit supplier, ending their association with JD Sports, which began in 2008.

The new deal was announced as a ‘club record deal’ which will see Umbro supply the Cherries with bespoke kit, replica and training wear for an initial five year period.

Upon releasing the new home shirt, AFC Bournemouth also announced a new two year sponsorship deal with M88, an online gaming company which is part of the Mansion group.

It was described by AFC Bournemouth as ‘the biggest in the Cherries` history’.

AFC Bournemouth chief executive Neill Blake told afcb.co.uk

“…M88 is a partner that shares our ambition and aspirations as we look to grow in a new market and enhance our presence in Asia. We have an exciting season ahead, and we look forward to working with M88 for many years…”

The kit is now on pre-sale, with the kit officially available to collect and purchase from the 1st July (To order visit superstore.afcb.co.uk).

AFC Bournemouth midfielder Andrew Surman told afcb.co.uk

‘…The kit is simple and stylish and the traditions of Umbro combined with us as a young, ambitious club make it perfect.

“I know myself and the lads will really enjoy playing in this, not just for the look but also for the quality aspect of the kits, and they feel really comfortable to wear.”

Your Say…

Very straightforward and no frills so nothing to dislike really. Personally like round collars and glad there is no black panel on the back.

Am much more intrigued and looking forward to the away and 3rd kits.
