AFC Bournemouth have been linked with Manchester United midfielder Ben Pearson and Norwich City midfielder Graham Dorrans.

The transfer window is set to re-open on Friday and remain open throughout January for Premier League sides to make changes to their squads ahead of the second half of the season.

ClubCall have linked AFC Bournemouth with a move for Manchester United midfielder Ben Pearson who is currently on loan with League One side Barnsley.

ClubCall have reported that he initially ‘impressed Cherries scouts last May in a 5-0 home win over Rochdale’ and AFC Bournemouth are continuing to be ‘monitoring his performances’.

The 20 year old who has made 49 appearances for Barnsley over two loan spells is out of contract with Manchester United at the end of the season.

Meanwhile Shoot Magazine have claimed that AFC Bournemouth are set to make an approach for Norwich City and Scotland international Graham Dorrans.

The Cherries were previously linked with Dorrans last season whilst he was at West Brom but he eventually moved to Norwich.

Shoot believe ‘Bournemouth are understood to be preparing an initial £2m for the central midfielder.’

We haven’t got much Premiership League strength in depth in midfield if any of those three (Gosling, Surman and Arter) were injured/suspended.Join the conversation here.
