Cherries club secretary Keith MacAllister has confirmed that Cherries have been handed a £2500 fine following Saturdays win over Oldham.
The Cherries win was marred by referee Graham Laws booking 6 players, leading the Club to receive an automatic fine.
Speaking to the Daily Echo MacAllister said “Unfortunately, there are no grounds for appeal in this case. It is an automatic fine, which will double if it happens again this season.”
The news of the fine will not be welcomed in Dorset with the financial plight of the club hitting the headlines regularly in recent weeks.
