AFC Bournemouth got a good win over local side Poole Town last night. The final score was 3-0 and it was Josh McQuoid opening the scoring.

McQuoid was partnered up front by Brett Pitman who scored himself later in the game via a free kick.

The other goal was scored by a trialist, the Daily Echo reporting it was Steve Thompson, but Cherries fans who were present strongly suspect it to have been Stoke player Richie de Laet.

Bond tried to switch thing around as much he could with only Darren Anderton of the starting line up playing past the end of the first half.

Some players are still nursing knocks with Hollands, Garry, Bartley and Copper all sitting out last nights game despite being at Tatnam.

It is likely that Cooper and Bartley will play some part against Pompey on Monday, however Garry, Partington, Kuffour, and Hollands are set to not appear.

Hollands is suffering from a swollen knee and might not feature for a while, causing Kevin Bond concern ahead of the new season.
