Former Cherries midfielder Marcus Browning has apparently rejected a move to League Two side Hereford, for Conference side Weymouth.

Former Bournemouth utility man and now manager of Weymouth, Jason Tinall, told the Daily Echo

‘Marcus has come down to have a look at the place. I know him very well because we played at Bournemouth together and he will be training with us over the next few weeks.

‘He has a couple of other options available to him as well so we shall just have to take it from here and see what happens.’

It is believed Browning could be offered a player-coaching role at Weymouth.
