Kevin Bond has said that the players have taken the 10 point deduction on the chin and will move on to take a game at a time.

The penalty for going into administration on the pitch is severe. An immediate ten point deduction that leaves the team eleven points from safety, rock bottom of League One and with other clubs with games in hand over the Cherries.

Kevin Bond told the Daily Echo

‘…We can’t do anything about that, it wasn’t our doing, so why should we feel bad about it.

‘If at the end of the season we don’t amass enough points, that’s the time to be disappointed. But between now and then we’ll take one game at a time and focus on that. We’ll get as many points as we can and see where we are at the end of the season.’

‘The lads have been great. Once they realised exactly where they stand they were comfortable with that and that allows them to get on with what they can effect. And the only thing they can effect is our game against Luton.’
