The Football Association transfer tribunal for Harry Arter has been completed.

Following Arter’s transfer from Conference South side Woking, a transfer fee had to be set by tribunal after the two sides failed to reach an agreement.

Woking reportedly wanted a figure around £30,000, but the fee has been confirmed by AFC Bournemouth Vice Chairman Jeff Mostyn as £4,000.

Mostyn told the Daily Echo

“We were chuffed to bits with the outcome. Compared with the fee Woking had demanded, it was a fantastic result for the club…’

‘…We had offered Woking what we felt to be an acceptable sum of money by way of compensation but they seemed to be talking in terms of a transfer fee.

“They appeared to be asking the tribunal to make provision for an up-front payment, stage payments and a sizeable sell-on percentage…’
